What I believe
An organization is a system. But a system only has value through what it unlocks in people.
I've watched brilliant teams burn out compensating for badly designed systems. And ordinary teams achieve remarkable things because the system worked for them — not against them. Automate friction, never judgment. Equip people, never replace them. That's my only doctrine, and it holds for an infrastructure, a product, or a thousand-person company.
AI takes this doctrine to an unprecedented scale. Those who understand it from the inside — by building with it, not commenting on it — are compounding an advantage the others will spend years catching up to.
That's where I spend my days. And often my nights.

I've started companies at every stage of my life — some grew, others taught me. The reflex is always the same: see a problem poorly solved, refuse the state of the art, build the version that should exist.
02 — BY TRANSFORMING FROM WITHIN
Dragonfly, then a €1.5B group.
Intrapreneurship is the hardest sport: innovating with the constraints of a large group and the impatience of a founder. There, I've driven full-scale transformations — brand portfolio, governance, information systems — treating the organization like a product: data, iterations, instrumentation.
03 — BY LEADING
CEO for over a decade — Holberton, from the founding team in Silicon Valley, then the education branch of a €1.5B group — executive committee member, P&L in hand.
Multi-site teams, thousands of end users, tens of millions of euros in flows. And one trait that sometimes throws people off: I never let go of the technical side. I read architecture diagrams before slides. I know what infrastructure costs — on-prem or cloud — because I've designed it, operated it, migrated it. An executive who knows how to build cannot be spun on timelines, budgets, or impossibilities.

Relay. Turns an AI output — a Claude report, a ChatGPT briefing, an HTML file — into a link people can open, with controlled audiences and a version history.
MOSAIC — PRIVATE BETA
Mosaic. Website creation for marketing teams: pages from your designs, campaigns, a catalogue fed by your business tools — reviewed by humans before anything is published.
TOMELING — LIVE
Tomeling. Snap your shelves, own your library. AI reads the spines on a shelf photo, every book keeps its physical place, and the catalogue turns social: friends, lending, book clubs.
How I work
Tech is not my industry. It's how I work.
In my most business-heavy, ops-heavy, exec-heavy roles — I kept coding, automating, prototyping. My personal stack runs entire organizations: APIs, AI agents, end-to-end automation, from contract to invoice. Not because I have to, but because building things yourself is the only way to decide fast and decide right.

The rest of the time
Backstage. I'm obsessed with the world of live entertainment — not the stage: the backstage. Sound, light, video, automation, in production and live. A concert is a real-time system where a thousand things can fail and none of it can show. It's the finest engineering school I know.
Contemporary art. I collect. Art teaches me what tech forgets: that something can be essential without being useful.
Geographies. Grew up in France. Worked and lived in San Francisco, in Spain, in France. Now based in Switzerland, in Basel — between three borders, which suits me.
